Our History
It all started with a sermon
In 2016 Jajja Wanda, the founder of His Image Ministries heard this message for the first time and was very convicted on the real and present need for there to be people fighting against abortion. She was very moved and touched both by the statistics given as well as the scriptures calling us to fight for Justice. With this new found passion for saving the lives of the unborn Jajja and a few other ladies started doing research on what people in Uganda thought about Abortion and gathering information on what crisis-pregnancy centers and other recources were around.
A few months later, after laying the groundwork we officially had our first VIP (woman considering abortion) who we were able to counsel and help through her pregnancy. Since then we have had the privilege to help over 200+ women. We have also used the platform we have to start a few other programs as well that relate to abstinence, purity, post-abortion counseling, and help be a guiding light to young people struggling to find their way. We have been so blessed by all the many ways God has worked!
